Avan�ex is a safe, e�ective, broad-spectrum solution for cleaning and deodorizing surfacesAvan�ex is a slim, lightweight engineered membrane pouch containing a pre-measured amount of the precursors that generate chlorine dioxide (ClO2) When exposed to water, the patented device releases a pre-determined amount of ClO2 solution in a fast release manner. Avan�ex generates a solution of ClO2 that is neutral in pH and e�ective at low concentration. Since the solution is neutral in pH, it is compatible with di�erent surfaces (e.g. tile, concrete wood, laminate, vinyl, stainless steel, porcelain, even carpet!) Because it is a stable radicale species, ClO2 is capable of reacting with many di�erent odor causing compounds, for example, odors related to sweat, fecal matter, �sh, rotten food, urine, smoke, mold/mildew, rotten eggs, skunk and more!
Chlorine dioxide is a safe, e�ective, broad-spectrum sanitizer and disinfectantChlorine dioxide is known to destroy microorganisms by attacking their cell walls, creating breaches for the leakage of cell contents and interfering with the transport of nutrients. as a result, the cells die. Most conventional sanitizers/disinfectants try to kill the microorganisms by poisoning them. Once a few microorganisms survive and recover, the future generations develop the resistance against those sanitizer/disinfectants. When ClO2 is used the microrganisms are never able to survive and/or develop a resistance. Most sanitizer/disinfectants claim to be a deodorizer by controlling the odor causing bacteria. However, these products are not capable of eliminating the odors tht already formed from the sources like ClO2 can. Because of its superior capabilties , ClO2 is truly a broad-spectrum solution; odor elimination, bactericide, virucide, sporacide, fungicide, and algaecide. One of the biggest di�erences between ClO2 and any other sanitizer/disinfectant is that it can penetrate bio�lm. Bio�lm is a living matrix allowing danger-ous pathogens (legionella) to live underneath. Being a true gas in water, ClO2 is capable of pen-etrating deep into the bio�lm matrix and killing the microorganisms. ClO2 reacts selectively in nature and will not be consumed quickly during the penetration of the bio�lm. ClO2 only requires a low concentration (e.g. 0.01%) to get the sanitation/disinfection process completed.AVANFLEX DIRECTIONSRemove all contents from package including this sleeve. Open foil packet & remove white pouch. NEVER OPEN WHITE POUCH. Shake white pouch gently. Fill mop bucket, bulk dispenser or sprayer with 3 gallons of room temp. water. Wait 20 minutes for full potency. (30 minutes if cold water) Use in mop bucket or transfer to 25 oz. spray bottle for smaller local applications. Apply liberally to any surface. No rinsing or wiping is required. Always store remaining solution in cool, dark, dry place (AWAY from Children & Pets) in an opaque or dark container to acheive 3 or more weeks of shelf life. HInt keep solution in dark spray bottle for 30 or more days shelf life.
