Seeing the economic competition of the 21st century should be seen as an opportunity to improve the quality of work and

innovation in various fields. Improved competitiveness is very important, because it is related to a reputation for being the

best that is in a global competition. Globalization should give space to every person and every country in looking to the

future. The state also has an important role to promote the people, for the people is a tremendous force in building the

country. States must see the potential and creativity of its people should be able to provide ample scope for creating high

creativity for people. Economic competition of the 21st century is also not only see the level of citizen income (Income)

and the ability of the State to manage the management to set up the State, the other thing to consider is how to create an

adequate infrastructure in accordance with the times. Infrastructure development can create community and economic

mobility in running with a more efficient way. It should also be regulated in the public policy created by the government.

Quality of public health should also be considered, because if people healthy then they will work harder. Created a great

quality health care access is needed by everyone, because it's health is a major factor and is essential for everyone, if

people have a lot of problems in terms of the long-term health will be harmed is the State and the economic actors.

expensive and it will directly lead to decreased productivity at work. Health of the population must be considered as this

will also have a positive impact in the long run. Health clinics should be built in every area so that everyone can access and

World Economics Forum has defined the index of the competitiveness of a country. There are three elements, namely:

1. The basic requirements. (Explain why the country's competitiveness can go up and down).

2. The support efficiency. (What country is able to create an efficient system, such as an efficient bureaucracy).

3. Innovation and sophistication factors. (Regarding the economic competitiveness and create new products that

innovative).
