• The purpose of community development is continually improve the health and well being of the population we serve by engaging in a broad range of strategies including organizational capacity building, intersectional networking and local area development.

Leadership Development

• Leadership development creates skilled citizens with the desire to implement a community development process that prepares a community to take advantage of economic opportunity.

Community development

• I think a healthy community is one where people are not just out for themselves ,and they are not just working but they understand their relationship and responsibility to other people.

Economic development

Economic development can be defined as efforts that seek to improve the economic well-being and quality of life for a community by creating and supporting or growing incomes and the tax base.

Steps for community development

• 1. Learn about the community.• 2. Listen to community members.• 3. Bring people together to develop a shared vision.• 4. Assess community resources, needs and issues.• 5. A. Development is changing phenomena with the change of human number. There is change in the use of both non-renewable and renewable resources. Sustainable development depend on the scientific use of the resources(natural and manufactured)
