Becoming a Community Service

ChaplainBecoming a certified Community Service Chaplain involves participation, and completion of at least one (1) three day intensive chaplaincy course. Any use of this credential for ecclesiastical purposes must be in compliance with the holder's own denominational provisions and authorities.

Certification of Chaplains

Community Service Chaplains stand ready to certify those who have been recommended by the local church and pastor, as Community Service Chaplains providing all required training and assessments have been otherwise met.

Certification by the TIACSC does not constitute official licensing in any Denomination, but rather is a departmental credential for chaplaincy purposes only.
