GETTING TO KNOW OURGOVERNOR

Dist. Gov. Isidro “Sid” Garcia joined Rotary in 1988. Over the years he carried out various functions for his home club, the Rotary Club of Makati. He served as President in 1997-1998 under the RI theme “Show Rotary Cares”. Under his presidency, RC Makati was adjudged the Most Outstanding Club and he was chosen Most Outstanding Club President, both in the large club category.

Gov Sid has received many awards and citations including several Governor’s Distinguished Service awards. He is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, as are his spouse Tesha & 3 children. He is an advocate of social responsibility & is passionate about his desire to eradicate poverty. These he is continuously doing quite well as Governor of District 3830.
