Aperture

http://www.softnuke.com/camera-keywords-explained/

Aperture determines how much light is able too reach the sensor in the camera. When the aperture is set to a smaller stop the depth of field is larger than that of a bigger stop. The smaller stops have the largest f numbers and allow less light in and have a slower shutter speed whereas the lower f numbers allow lots of light in and have a fast shutter speed.

Shutter Speed

The shutter speed determines how long the cameras shutter is open when taking a photograph. The longer the shutter is open the more movement can be seen in the shot. When the shutter is open for a short time the picture will have more clarity and definition.

ISO

ISO is influenced by the films light sensitivity. The higher ISO numbers will be less grainy that the lower ISO numbers. It is measured in these numbers 100,200,400 and 800 and so on. In photography ISO measures the sensitivity of the image sensor. The lower the number the less sensitive your camera is to light which gives a finer grain.
