General  feedback      1.  Plagiarism      2.  Spelling,  Grammar,  NO  EXCUSES!!      3.  Some  research  included  the  first  whole  page  on  google  images,  this  is  meaningless!      4.  Wikipedia  –  is  not  a  secure  website      5.  Using  unknown  Photographers  for  research  –  Flickr  etc      6.  Research  must  have  some  connec-on  with  the  final  outcomes      7.  Do  not  use  first  name  for  famous  prac--oners      8.  Li9er  evident  in  Por_olio?  This  is  an  academic  presenta-on!      9.  Sloppy  moun-ng  and  presenta-on  (moun-ng  workshops  were  provided  and  apparently  not  well  a9ended)      10.  Book  covers  need  to  be  portrait  format  for  obvious  reasons!      11.  Images  OUT  OF  FOCUS!      12.  One  briefs  are  given  to  offer  you  an  insight  in  how  it  is  to  work  for  real  clients  rather  then  just  having  self  developed  long  term  projects.  Doing  them  quickly  in  your  room  and/or  without  much  effort  is  a  waste  of  your  and  our  -me.  Honestly  ask  yourself  if  you  can  see  the  images  taken  published.      13.  Using  Photoshop  –  lots  of  over  manipula-on  and  unnatural  colours      14.  Using  Photoshop  well  doesn’t  mean  overworking  images.      15.  You  are  learners  not  consumers.  You  have  to  realize  with  paying  for  educa-on,  you  are  buying  educa-on  not  a  degree.      16.  You  can’t  just  think  you  are  given  depth  from  the  outside  you  need  to  develop  depth  and  develop  innova-on  and  crea-vity  from  within  yourself.        17.  If  you  are  just  scraping  through  ask  yourself,  why  are  you  actually  here?      For  the  future      1.  Start  a  real  webpage  with  a  real  domain  rather  then  just  blogs  or  other  social  network  spaces.  Have  both.      2.  If  you  take  on  a  holiday  job  and  are  thinking  to  get  a  new  camera  invest  and  get  a  full  frame  SLR  (Nikon  D600,  D700,  D800  or  Canon  5D  Mark  III  or  6D)
