APPLICATIONS

TYPICAL APPLICATIONSFOR VOXBONE'S VIRTUAL PHONE NUMBERS (DIDS)

Typically for multi-national enterprises with customers and offices all over the world. Voxbone allows end-users to dial in locally in every country, and then forwards the call to contact center agents wherever they are

Conference calls today often involve participants from all over the world. Voxbone provides local dial-in numbers from multiple countries

Voxbone provides local telephone numbers to Cloud PBX providers to make their IP-based voice & unified communications (UC) services reachable from local PSTN networks in many countries

Communication applications often require the integration of phone numbers/SMS into their service; for ex: a website for appointment booking can integrate SMS reminders and confirmations
