Alfred’s Dream

The Grade Two pupils visited the school library, Mrs. Cruz showed many books to read. Alfred borrowed a book from Mrs. Cruz. He read it at home. Soon he fell asleep. Then he dreamed.

Alfred was under a big tree. It was a big acacia tree. It was on top of a hill. A river flowed below the hill

The sun was shining brightly above the clouds. Alfred was reading his animal storybook. Suddenly, a monster rose from the river. He was afraid. Alfred shouted, “Help! Help!”

Just then, Mother knocked at his door. He got up from his bed.
