FWA Design for Kent(Coverage)
• Purple pushpins - postcode locations for the last 5%. There were 3583 individual postcode iocations in Kent with a total of 26,008 premises.
• Orange squares are the base station locations for the 3 sites on the design.
• Yellow labels are the generic sector azimuths. We used 0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees to provide a 360 degree coverage.
• Black squares are alternative sites that we looked at for coverage but are switched off to do the coverage plot for the 3 sites on the design.

Backhaul Extension By Radio(BEBR)
BEBR is an innovative way of extending backhaul fibre to the areas that need it most, without the high cost of civils.
• Identify closest fibre location to customer site• MLL builds a monopole next to the fibre• Fibre provider only needs to dig 1 metre• Microwave radio using MLL’s own 32Ghz spectrum or other Ofcom licensed
spectrum links the monopole/fibre backhaul to the remote customer location at speeds of up to 1Gb (up to 25km)
• Access Cost Effective Fibre
