Bonnie is one o f Chat Communications

Superstars. She has won several awards for telecommunication

software development.

Bonnie also has a BS in Information Technology.

She holds several certificates in software

programing and is really exceptional in her field.

Bonnie ‘ skills , knowledge and abilities are the main

reasons she was promoted to line manager.

Bonnie reports to Mike Chat Communication’s

Chief Operations Officer

There is no denying that Bonnie has had a

positive impact at Chat Communication

but Bonnie is not fitting in to well.

Bonnie is a poor communicator and is

alienation many of her peers and employee's.

Ashley I can't

believe Bonnie

talk to me that way!
