5G is the next telcom standard beyond 4G

5G requirements* are:• Improved coverage• Improved latency• Improved

These higher speeds, lower latency and increased coverage will support TV-equivalent services through 5G, also called 5GTV

5G is expected to launch in SE Asia in 2018, with mainstream launches following in 2020

When the # of 5G connected households in a cell reaches a certain treshold, 5GTV will become an alternative to traditional TV & video services

At that point, 5GTV could become a rival to IPTV, Satellite, Terrestrial and Cable
