But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all

these things will be added to you.

An Alternative kingdom?

1.BUT…

We need to take a look at the alternative kingdom what it is that wants to direct, shape and control what happens in our lives

ON THIS OCCASION:

The kingdom of “material possessions”

So do not worry, saying

what shall we eat or

what shall we drink or

what shall we wear.

Unbelievers run after all these things and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.

Matthew 6:31,32

The kingdom of “I WANT” is already here.

But if we want to the kingdom of God

we need to make a decision to look for it.

1. Jesus calling Andrew, Peter, James and John to follow him.

2. Preaching in the synagogue at Capernaum

3. Casting out a demon in the synagogue at Capernaum

4. Healing Peter’s mother-in-law of a fever at their home

5. Healing and casting out demons from people who came to the house

6. Deciding to go to other places rather than just stay at Capernaum because people asked him to

7. Healing a leper

WHAT GOD WANTS TO DO
