• Manage your fly specimens throughout their entire life cycle, from embryo to adult
• Record all relevant information about your fly, such as genotype and phenotype. Customize field to match your needs
• You may also include notes, such as methods used to collect virgins or to force mutagenesis

Flies doesn’t appear in your menu? press New Collection to quickly
add it

Add a new fly
Easily add flies by:• Import your entire collection• Create fly item manually• Search in the repositories

To import your flies collection info, download Labguru’s template, fill
it (do not change columns’ headers or order) and upload the file. After file is uploaded, choose
to start import

To enable additional customized fields to your flies table do the following before downloading the template: go to Settings (under account name), choose Collections tab and click on customized for flies specimen
• Share your flies with colleagues and see what they share with you• See which flies your colleagues work with, ask for advices or ask to
borrow specific fly• Create different repositories to share with different people

1 To share your flies with your colleagues, easily create a new
repository: name your repository send an invitation (you can add invitations
at any time)
2 Once a repository exist, you can add a fly directly from the info
tab

All your flies are organized in this table! Use customization to
add/remove or re-order columns in the table

1 View both default and customized field. Customized fields can
be deleted if never used

1 Change the order in which fields are presented in the index table by dragging and
dropping 2 Mark the fields you want to appear in
your index table and click Update
