Land proposal near hanthawaddy international airport

Hi, my name is Myo Aung. I have one close friend who had good location land near Hanthawaddy International airport Project. We have plan to starting a resort in small scale, can anybody have connection please help me? We are looking for investor or partners to start a small scale Resort/Hotel. We need good investors who can invest along with us in the tourism business.

• We have 400 X 150 meter = 60000 square meters land that is located in an area of Pegu, near Hanthawaddy International Airport Project,Yangon,Myanmar.

• We want to build and run a resort on our ancestor territory.

• We have land rights and resource to build, but we don't have the knowledge of how to run a resort.
