• Leases are scrutinised by your solicitor and good title is determined.
• Solicitor advises that the sale is good to go. Exchange of contracts can take place with 50% deposit less the £5000 reservation fee.
• The deposit monies are held in a separate client account overseen by the developer’s solicitor and only released upon presentation of Supervisor certificates which determines the work carried out to date
• The developer serves a notice to the purchaser allowing for 10 working days that completion is ready.
• Our project manager undertakes a last minute inspection to check for defects. If he finds any, these are rectified by the developer.
