    Identity checks using photo passports and utility bills to verify address are required by solicitor. Funds are verified to comply with anti-money laundering procedures

    Leases are scrutinised by your solicitor and good title is determined.

    Solicitor advises that the sale is good to go. Exchange of contracts can take place with 50% deposit less the 5000 reservation fee.

    The deposit monies are held in a separate client account overseen by the developers solicitor and only released upon presentation of Supervisor certificates which determines the work carried out to date

    The developer serves a notice to the purchaser allowing for 10 working days that completion is ready.

    Our project manager undertakes a last minute inspection to check for defects. If he finds any, these are rectified by the developer.

    Only then will we issue a certificate of practical completion
