Being part of a group can provide a sense of

belonging. Volunteering can also make you feel good.

TIP 7: Build your confidence

Learn something new or take on a challenge.

It improves mental fitness and builds

confidence.

TIP 8: Feel comfortable in your own skin

Everyone is different. Get to know who you are, what makes you

really happy.

TIP 9: Set realistic goals and deal with tasks one at a time.

It is good to be specific when you set a goal, to help keep you on

track.

TIP 10: Reach out for help when you need it.
