It is not selfish to take time out for yourself. It is necessary.
TIP 3: Be active and eat well

Combine physical activity with a balanced diet to nourish
your body and mind.
TIP 4: Nurture relationships and connect with others
Our connection to others is what
builds us up and keeps us strong.
TIP 5: Learn to manage stress
Try relaxation, yoga or meditation. Writing your feelings down or talking them through can help.
TIP 6: Get involved and join in
Being part of a group can provide a sense of
belonging. Volunteering can also make you feel good.
TIP 7: Build your confidence
Learn something new or take on a challenge.
It improves mental fitness and builds
confidence.
TIP 8: Feel comfortable in your own skin
Everyone is different. Get to know who you are, what makes you
really happy.
TIP 9: Set realistic goals and deal with tasks one at a time.
It is good to be specific when you set a goal, to help keep you on
track.
TIP 10: Reach out for help when you need it.
Everyone needs help and support from time to time. Why not take the first step
