• Observed in children in 1994
• Common: 2-4%
• URGE symptoms:– U: urge to move the legs
– R: rest after moving or stillness (rest) of the legs worsens the urge to move
– G: going is good (temporary relief) / Ground
– E: evening worsening of symptoms
