Green kale day 2016

After field planning, planting, cleaning and watched them grow since April the delicate greenkale plants reached their prime by end September where havesting, washing, cutting and gentle freeze-drying could start in order to be on time for

International Kale Day – OCTOBER 6TH – now celebrated in Denmark as well

After preparations all morning …Finally chef Jesper could introduce his GreenKale dishes for the hungry invites… celebrating GreenKale Day in Denmark…..
