• Design a mascot for the Schools Green Council. A whole school competition. You will get the chance to vote in the final.•Discuss as a class- how small steps / changes to behaviours / routines can lead to big differences and improvements in the environment. •make pledges – to change a behaviour at home which will make them greener eg recycle all paper, recycle all plastic bottles etc•Help your class to be creative and make a model or collage out of recycled materials • Do some maintenance work on the friendship trees planted last year – • undertake a Litter Pick or even some gardening •How about writing your own song for the environment.
