Back story. Which back story will you use for your game? Explain your choice.

Target audience. Who is the intended audience for your game? Girls and/or boys? Why have you chosen this audience? What are their interests? How do you know?

Purpose/objective.  What is the objective of your game? What does the player have to do to complete the game?

PEGI rating.  What will the Pan European Game Information (PEGI) rating be? Give reasons for your decision.

A mood board is like a poster or collage that captures the overall “feel” of an idea. The mood board may be used throughout development as a frame of reference or inspiration.

It may be composed of visual or written artefacts—photos clipped from magazines, internet or scanned in images that give an initial overview of the game you will try to produce.

“be aware that the moodboard is only early thoughts and stimuli for their game and should not contain aspects such as developed characters or other detailed design work…..”

“For 3 marks or more a student must have worked independently at LEVEL 2”
