Focus on your identity as a teacher

Task 1: Build your identity model: Who are you?

Task 2: Build your external identity

model: How do others see you?

Task 3: Build your aspirational identity model. Who do you want to

become?

Focus on others in the team and relationships

Task 1: Build a model that captures how you see another person in this group. Use the

name given and don’t reveal who this is yet when sharing.

Task 2: Provide feedback to the other person

who created this model.

Task 3: Add the model made by another group member to your identity.
