2. PLANIFICATION:

TIME: 5 Hours ACTIVITIES: -Draw a map of your

school-Interchanging ideas.-Project a video.

TITLE: “I love my school”

FUNDAMENTATION:

This project will help us to provide students an opportunity to love their school and know all about its activities, school staff, places and functions, as well as English structures.

OBJECTIVES: General: - To learn about school places through pictures,

drawings, maps, etc, in order to love and respect the place where we study.

Specifics:- To review vocabulary related to school places.- To check vocabulary related to school subjects.- To identify school staff and their responsibilities.- To develop intensive listening, reading, and

speaking skills.

TOOLS:

Videos: show a school in a real situation.

Charts: introduce school places through a drawing for a better understanding.

Infocus: project a school and its staff to learn about their functions.

3. EXECUTION Students have to make a model of

their school in groups of five.

Each student have to draw the school staff and write their functions.

Learn and chant a song about “my school”

4. EVALUATION

We are going to take a test in order to check student’s knowledge.

We are going to observe student’s work.

JUSTIFICATION

This project covered completely the

academic needs that students had to

use vocabulary related to school

places and prepositions of place. Now

students are able to use this

vocabulary in thier daily activities. So

this project can be used in other

academic areas.
