Contract Negotiation And Drafting

Perhaps one of the biggest challenges for business people (at least initially) is negotiating and drafting a contract. Many people assume that contracts must be forty to eighty page documents with lots of small print and terms so hard to understand they could almost be their own language. In fact, many refer to overly legalistic terms as “legalese”. Who wants or needs that type of “contract”? How would such a contract be helpful to you or to your business?
