These color combinations make it very hard to navigate a course

Beginning of Changes…………………………….

Faculty could not add their own images/backgrounds for their navigation bars so they had a limited choose of ‘colors’

Widget Tiles still could be changed

Move from 9.4 to 10.0

New President New Font/Logo/New Look

Problems Seen (2010-2012)• No OSD information in the course

• Colors that are not accessible by WCAG 2.0

• Incorrect support information in the courses

• Student can not find student support services or DE support

• Students are unaware of COC, AI, Copyright or general ‘information literacy’

• Students switching between courses and not knowing how to begin or where to go

• Support associates taking longer to resolve problems because they are unable to locate tools
