What?: Anxiety is an unpleasant symptom caused by different means, it is usually generalized by oneself or others

Why?: Most university students expose themselves to anxiety in a variety of ways

How?: I’m going to expose lab rats specifically Lister black hooded rat, a type of Rattus norvegicus, to a variety of anxiety tests

Anxiety could lead to eating disorders

If anxiety is present for long periods of time depression will arise

Deteriorate the rodent to the point of having depression

Proof the best treatment for the diseases State the rate at which depression arises Show specifically which of the disorders

maybe the long or short term Expose the rodents to long periods of

anxiety until it shows prolonged symptoms Test the different eating disorders that it can

cause; overweight rats or underweight rats

45 Lab rats Anxiety tests:

◦ Beaker with water ◦ Platform ◦ Cells in the cage ◦ Tight box

The drugs: ◦ Klonopin (anxiety pill)◦ Zoloft (depression pill)

The aim is to show what symptoms may the rodent present throughout the anxiety tests

See the different effects of the exposure to anxiety

Also to measure how much pressure does the brain can handle until it presents depression

To see which is the best of the two treatments that we will expose the rodents

It will provide specific information about how anxiety could deteriorate physically and mentally

State what could be the best treatment for those who have these symptoms
