DESCRIPTION
Fidor Bank was founded in 2009. In response to the financial crisis Fidor was the first bank in the world introducing an online banking community to their customers: a platform for peer-to-peer advice on savings, investments and everyday financial problems - instead of sales management. Next logical step was to measure and standardise the quality of the peer-2-peer consulting output: The Community-Karma was born. Thanks to the activity-index we were able to identify and reward the "Social Banking High-Performer": User who are active, who are opinion makers, who are connected, who give a helping hand to other users.
