Your BIM Object Guide
Bobrick’s BIM Objects is designed to offer Architects and Specifiers a vast collection of accessories and partitions in it’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) Library that are available for download. Please note: To view the files,
Autodesk Revit software is required. Please make sure you have the latest update for optimal file performance.
This BIM Objects Guide offers architects and specifiers a step-by-step instruction on how to view product pages on the website and download BIM Objects individually or download multiple BIM options at one time using BIM Object Downloader.
Note: Should you have any questions about this guide, please feel free to contact your local Architectural Representative. They will be delighted to assist and answer any questions.
To begin, select the “BIM Objects” option under the “Architect Tools” tab.
1) COMPILE BIM OBJECTS THROUGH FILTER OPTIONS
Simply use the product categories under “Washroom Accessories” or “Toilet Partitions“ tab to filter and select the products that you require BIM Objects for. Once you’ve selected the products you’d like to add to your project, select “Add to Download”.

Once the products are added to your BIM Cart, click on the “Download Selected BIMS” button.

As you stand by, your product selections will be assembled. Your zip file will appear on your screen. Here you can Save, Save As, or Save and Open.

This method is best when you know exactly which products are required for your project. By searching a model number , directly locate your product to download.

Check off the correct product from your search results and select “Add to Download”.

You will now see that the chosen product has been added to your BIM Cart.
After compiling all of the products you’d like to add to your project, click on the “Download Selected BIMS” button.
3) ACCESS BIM OBJECTS THROUGH PRODUCT PAGE
You can also access BIM Objects by directly selecting “BIM Object” on the product page. This will download the file for use in Autodesk Revit.
4) DOWNLOAD BOBRICK’S ENTIRE BIM OBJECT LIBRARY
Easily click on the link at the bottom of the page to access the entire Bobrick BIM Objects library. This will download the entire Bobrick BIM Object library.
Toilet Partitions
Toilet Partitions can be downloaded under the “Toilet Partitions” tab on the BIM Objects page. Simply check off the product your require BIM files for and then select “Add to Download”.

How to locate your Architectural Representative
Select Architectural Representative. Then, select State or enter “Zip/Postal Code”. Canadian customers must choose the “Province” option and hit search. This will open the Architectural Representatives for Canadian customers. Note: Should you have any questions about this guide, please feel free to contact your local Architectural Representative.
