• Urip Sedyowidodo is a Director of Bakrie Learning Centre, Bakrie School of Management, with more than 22 years working experience in various Human Resources Management & Learning Centre fields.

• He has strong knowledge and extensive experiences in numerous management and HR areas, also expertise in Recruitment, Selection & Development.

• Currently advising and promoting the new concept of Talent Based Human Resources Management and Consutancybased Training.

Previous experience • > 22 years working experience in various Industries:

– Multinational and National companies in various industries such as CERES Group, ROYAL & SUN Alliance, ASTRA Financial Group, ASTRA Automotive Group and SONY Group .

• He has involved in dealing with Labour Union under company restructuring.
