award for customer servicein an independent nationalsurvey.
The accolade, awarded byIn-house Research, is givento housebuilders if at least90% of their customerswould recommend them. InLovell’s case, this was animpressive 96.9% in theNorth West.
This latest gong follows onfrom Lovell scooping a five-star award for customer sat-isfaction from the HomeBuilders Federation (HBF)earlier this year.
Elaine Taylor, regionalsales manager for Lovell inthe North West, said: “As a
region, we’re extremelyproud of both this award andour five-star award from theHBF. Customer recommend-ation is one of the strongestindicators that we’re offer-ing the right level of service,and to achieve this standardwith 96.9% of our customersis excellent.
“We will use these awardsas motivation to continue tostrive for the highest levelsof customer satisfactionagain next year.”
Through an independentsurvey undertaken by In-house Research, all custom-ers were asked whether theywould recommend Lovellbased on the whole experi-ence of purchasing a newhome. Lovell has achievedthe gold award both nation-
ally and at regional level forthe North West.
Malcolm Pitcher, man-aging director of In-houseResearch, said: “During thelast 12 months we have wit-nessed many of our clientsachieving very high scoresfor overall customer satis-faction and recommenda-tion. This really does showthat the industry is improv-ing year-on-year.
