Christopher said: “This is our first home and as we’ve both been living with our parents it’s a really exciting move for us. We looked on the open market but there was no way we could afford the deposit, which was around £25,000 for the type of house we wanted. “We found out that Taylor Wimpey was building Watermill Gardens in our ideal location in Wirral, right in-between our parents’ homes. “We went and looked around the show home and talked to the team about the shared equity schemes they could offer. Using Easystart meant we could secure a new home with a deposit of just 5%.
