Homework Policy

• Homework is due the next day unless instructed otherwise.

• Late homework is accepted past the due date for 50% credit during trimester 1.

• If student is absent, they have 1 day to make up the work per number of days absent.

Success skills

– Please check your student’s planner. It should be the same as the calendar on my website.

– Monitor homework completion … ask to see the work and evaluate for “best effort” (ex. correct spelling, complete sentences)

– Check grades on Zangle/Q regularly– First Progress Report goes home Oct. 8

Academic Grade

Achievement = 75% Responsibility = 25%

Citizenship Grade

This grade is based on class behavior each 6 weeks.
