Regular monthly updates don't allow room to report most of our activities when we visit overseas. These special updates will highlight those travels, and give you insight on how we are building relationships with indigenous ministries around the world.

Motocycles with side-cars,
Ferry boats for island hopping,

These Bible college graduates sought Rodney's
counsel regarding their personal
ministries.
There was plenty of good food and fellowship on
After a 40 hour journey, Rodney arrived on May 9th in Bacalod City on Negros Island where he preached at a youth camp sponsored by Jesus Christ Bible Baptist Church. Antonio Magdalera was the host pastor.
There were 175 young people from ten churches who attended. Scores were responsive to the preaching of the Word, and among the many decisions, 11 surrendered to enroll in Bible college and 14
committed to become involved in their church's soul-winning program.
Before leaving Negros, Rodney preached on May 13th in two churches. The Lord blessed with souls saved in the morning service and many Christians responded to the invitation to pray and make commitments to the Lord.
Philippines: Roxas City, Panay Island
Rodney spoke in Roxas City at a three day World Missions Conference hosted by Christian Bible Baptist Church. Seventy five local pastors attended. Many responded to the preaching of God's Word and eight young people committed their lives to serving the Lord in foreign missions.
Panay.
Philippines: Iloilo City, Panay Island Rodney visited several rural churches around Panay and preached Sunday morning in his socks! (everyone removes their shoes when entering the church).
Sunday evening he preached at Bible Baptist Church in Iloilo. Bible Baptist is an IBCAP teaching center. In attendance was a lady who at one time studied two years to be a nun, was saved just last week in a Bible study, and attended the church for the first time. One of the men mentioned that she didn't have a Bible and the church was going to buy her one. But on the spot, Rodney took his sermon notes out of his Bible and presented it to her.
A Final Word Rodney is now on his way home. Please pray for his safe travel. Thank you for being the Carpenter's friend. May God bless you.
