In an effort to increase growth (traffic/profits) and exposure of LMNT, it will execute a monthly event, a Sunday Champagne Brunch.

WE’RE ALL MAD HERE will be themed based on “Alice in Wonderland”. The focus of the event will be Champagne/Premium spirits bottle service. Based on the fact that the majority of On premise accounts in the Miami market, which are designed specifically for table service, profit close to 80% of revenue from bottle service. Bottle service consumers want the real estate, prestige and attention.

Bottle service and brand awareness can be attracted at all levels when the visual stimulation is present. Consumers tend to order by the “brand” therefore presentation is key. Engaging bottle service consumers and general consumers will gain the necessary brand exposure as well as cause a contagious effect and increase volume.

Effective branding for the event through precise activation including bottle service ritual will create a perception that there is no other event quite like WE’RE ALL MAD HERE. Its vital for the consumer to believe that it is some- thing exceptional.
