Reis has offices in New York City, Los Angeles, and Long Island,
allowing us to build regionally, as well as nationally for select
projects. Our services include:
Pre-Construction & Consulting
Our teams provide consulting for: design-assist, 2D and 3D studies of existing conditions, BIM
coordination, budgeting and preconstruction workflows.
Construction Management
Construction Management services are an open book format structured to provide an agile
workflow and rigorous reporting that does not rely on or require a fully developed plan set.
Stipulated Sum / Fixed Price
Fixed Price agreements are an efficient means to establish predetermined pricing for a project.
These engagements typically require plan sets to be fully developed for complete pricing.
Maintenance & Alterations
Our commitment to long term care & attention. We build with the intent to maintain the long-
term integrity and value of our client’s properties. Our maintenance and alterations teams
collectively referred to as Client Services, are dedicated to maintenance services and alterations.
