Your participation would involve 1 session of approximately 45 minutes at your local VA facility. Refreshments will be provided.
As a voluntary participant in this study, you would be asked to: H Answer questions on an anonymous written surveyH Offer comments during an additional anonymous open-answer period
As a voluntary participant, you:H Will remain anonymous (no personally identifiable
information is collected)H Will not be asked about any medications you use or have usedH Will not be asked about your health historyH Will maintain the right to leave at any time H Will receive a $10 Canteen Voucher*
(*first 90 participants) Note: Travel to the facility for the
survey is not reimbursable.
Your responses to the survey will be used by the VA to design a more Veteran-friendly VA Prescription Label based on your preferences.
