Refreshments will be provided. As a voluntary participant in this study, you would be asked to: H Answer questions on an anonymous written survey H Offer comments during an additional anonymous open-answer period As a voluntary participant, you: H Will remain anonymous (no personally identifiable information is collected) H Will not be asked about any medications you use or have used H Will not be asked about your health history H Will maintain the right to leave at any time H Will receive a $10 Canteen Voucher* (*first 90 participants) Note: Travel to the facility for the survey is not reimbursable. Your responses to the survey will be used by the VA to design a more Veteran-friendly VA Prescription Label based on your preferences.
