Certification Project Plans (PSCP) Need to be taken seriously and compiled
carefully Get CAA agreement on Plan Should fully detail all areas delegated to
Design Organisation or other third parties Should fully detail any areas where the
proposed project differs from AC 21-8

Certification Project Plans (PSCP) Contd Specify Certification Basis
Until a Changed Product rule is introduced to Part 21, AC 21-8 recommends using the latest certification basis
If you are not proposing to use the latest Rule you should state why in the PSCP
You can go to earlier amendment states for individual paragraphs where it is impractical to meet the latest requirements.
