•Approximately equal numbers of native English speakers and native Spanish speakers

•Students are interacting in the same environment for all of the school day.

•All students have the opportunity to model their native language as well as learn the second language.

• Interested parents contacted for a March 1 TWBI meeting in the West Media Center 7:00 p.m.

• Application deadline is March 8• Lottery on March 15, if necessary to balance the

program• Letter of notification by April 9
