• Due date – changes to red when overdue• Some tasks include subtasks – click arrow to expand • Icons indicate status of subtasks (see legend)

For annual appraisals:

• Managers = 60, 30 and 15 days prior

• Staff = 60, 45 and 30 days prior

• BOTH = daily reminders after due date if still incomplete

• REMINDER: ND and DP require comments

• Click comment icon to add to a QP rating

Utilize the “floating toolbar” to:

• Save your work

• Spell-check

• Access employee’s file to view previous appraisals, goals, and any documents you’ve attached

• Print or save to pdf

• Switch between manager view and employee view

• If employee has completed self-appraisal, will see their rating and comments

• If multi-rater(s) have completed, will see their rating and comments

• To copy comments from the employee and/or a multi-rater, click the copy link. NOTE: Only you can see the multi-rater appraisals and

comments. If you copy text, the employee will only see what’s copied and not the commenter’s name.

Submitting Manager AppraisalsPerformance Manager

1. Once your appraisal is complete, click Save and Send

2. Routing window appears.

• Choose your business partner from dropdown list.

3. When business partner reviews and accepts, will appear on your task list again. Open task and click Save and Send to send to employee.

4. Review together and have the employee sign off.

• Enter Title, Details, Measure, and Due Date

• Save & Send will go to Employee’s Task List
