Here you go!! Ronda researched why it wasn’t on your SEPDS from the beginning and we found out the Bites were approved and added to the SEPDS on 12/12/17. Your Region 1 RFP was submitted on 12/6/17, prior to the addition of these items. It was just a few days difference but we should have updated that to you right away, so I apologize for that.Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Good morning Becky,
McAllen ISD has reached out to us to add the French Toast Bite Balls – Item # 08061. They assumed it was on the Commodity Processing order guide for school year 2018-2019, however its not. Theyhave submitted the request to add this item during this school year, however we are not able to find this item on Rich’s SEPDS for 2018-2019. Does Rich’s Products have a revised SEPDS, which includethis item? If not, we will not be able to add for McAllen ISD for the remainder of this school year.
We do see that this item was included/added for the 2019-2020, but that contract will not go into effect until July 1, 2019.
Please let us know ASAP.
