JOB TITLE Billing Specialist

PROGRAM Translation and Interpretation Network

JOB SUMMARY The Billing Specialist primary duties are to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services that help ensure accuracy and efficiency of billing and reporting operations for the Catholic Charities Fort Worth’s Translation & Interpretation Network (TIN). REQUIREMENTS

Associate’s degree and/or a combination of applicable education and experience in

accounting or business management

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

required

Ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently

Experience in accounts receivable and collections

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs administrative support functions for TIN, more specifically related to billing and

reporting activities

Follows set procedures in carrying out instructions with general supervision

Organizes and maintains filing systems

Compiles data, performs data entry, and completes forms or reports

Prepares routine correspondence and reports

Completes all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with funding

requirements, licensing requirements, COA standards, and agency quality assurance

standards
