In order to foster an outstanding customer experience for our community, we are going to be slowly phasing out “Rec2Six”. You will notice the new name: “Recreation After School” popping up here and there—please keep this in mind as we develop our communications.

Priority Registration for Recreation After School opens on Monday at NOON — please be prepared to address questions from the community.

Registration for Senior Games also opens Monday at NOON — please keep this in mind as we are addressing questions for Recreation After School.

PCard Playground

Pcard holders, make sure to sign your receipts and add your EID# . Let a co-worker know where your receipts/invoices are kept in the event you out of the office when the transaction clears in Oracle.

Note: If you’re going on vacation, you can always drop your signed receipts off with the Fiscal Staff. Just make sure to sign and to include your EID# on each receipt/invoice. Parks Fiscal Team will process for you if they clear in Oracle.
