�e “Martian Get Together” is everything you need to hang-out and relax. In�uenced by the angular geometry of a space mission, the aesthetic is futuristic and minimalistic at the same time. �e Martian series is made of copper with wood accents. Metal and wood come together to create a series of objects which are light and sculptural, yet super comfortable and functional.Our mascot is the �e Mothership which transforms to serve di�erent purposes year-round, so you never have to stow it away. In the winter, it’s a modern glowing Angeethi keeping everyone warm and cozy. Spring onwards, it transforms into a barbecue for all grilling and chilling needs, and through the summer, it turns into a champagne and wine chiller with an ice tray contraption.We love the communal nature of bon�res and barbecues so we have created another sit-around version �e Landed Mothership. �is Martian can transform into a slick �repit, a communal barbecue or a sophisticated center table.With the same geometric inspiration we have added to the species- benches, chairs and tables which completes THE MARTIAN GET TOGETHER.

�e Mothership has landed. It totally gets you and knows what you need to stay comfortable.�is intuitive creature comes well equipped to serve you through the year.

It’s versatile character can transform to give you three di�erent usages. It could be an Angeethi (tradional brazier used for space-heating and cooking), a barbecue and a champagne, wine or beer chiller with space to hang your wine glasses and �utes.

If you like a big �re and a big grilling session, this transformer is the one for you.It sits there like an unassuming co�ee table in copper with a wooden table top until you need to �re it up.

It transforms into a large �repit with an easy to remove ashtray at the bottom. It can also be the life of the party by becoming the coolest communal grill in town.

THE CURIOUS CHAIR

�e strong lines and easy proportions of this chair makes it a comfortable addition to any formal or informal space.

We recommend making it an accent by picking colours that match a large artefact in the room. We have combined three colours to complete the look which furher helps to accentuate it’s surfaces and hexagonal geometry.

THE CONDESCENDING BENCH

�is loveseat can squeeze three on a crowded day. It’s triangulated back makes it a conversation piece.

It celebrates lines and accentuates them in the architecture that she adorns. Less loveseat, more jewel.

THE FLAKY ASHTRAY

�is multifuntional object is here to serve you. It’s �aky character does not conform to a single role.

It can be used as an ashtray or a stunning peg table but will always be the center of attention in any space.

THE FRIVOLOUS CONSOLE

�is over enthusiastic member of the Martian species can’t stop playing host. Multiple levels and surfaces make this a super e�cient piece, while not taking away from it’s playful aesthetic.

�e Frivolous Console appears to be tiptoeing or even dancing in stilettoes. Use it as a functional service station or an ornament.

THE STABLE TABLE

�is very funtional surface takes care of your needs by hanging out in the patio, living room or even as a bedside table.

It’s geometric form draws interest without being overbearing and the shelf can accomodate all the extras or even a succulent.

Borderline Studio is a collaboration between two friends Architect Anica Kochhar and Graphic Designer Priyanka Singh who are boldly exploring materials and form.

Having lived across India, Australia, South Korea, New York, London and Uzbekistan they have collaborated to express themselves visually through collections of unique functional objects.

Since India is their native land, this is an e�ort to bring together the local craft and manufacturing into a more contemporary context.
