What is Meditation?What is Meditation?

Time OUT, with IN, to BE, your SELF

“Prepare our minds to listen to The Voice

of the Great Silence”

“I know the secret of Silence”

Mahatma Ghandhi

“Silence is the language of God

~ all else is

poor translation”

“Silence is an Ocean” speech is a river

Jalal al-Din Muhammad Rumi

“Only be in Silence

and you will come upon

God within yourself”

“Only be in Silence”

Teresa of Avila

“Do not dwell in the Past

or dream of the Future

concentrate the mind on

the Present moment”

“Do not speak unless it improves on Silence”

Gautama Buddha

How to enter meditation?

Simple steps for getting into

The Present Moment

So How do we do that?

Well another definition for ‘inspiration’ is to literally “Breathe In”

So Let’s first all breathe consciously together,

which is your best stress intervention, in 4 steps.

OK let’s all Breathe IN, and hold for a time, ...

then Breathe OUT and Pause for a while.... Good

Again, Breathe IN, and hold, … then Breathe OUT and Pause...

Again, Again, Again, etc (minimum 4-6 times)

BEING MY SELF

Simple steps for getting into

The Flow State of Mental Silence

Here’s some Simple steps for raising your pure inner energy

and renewing the innate qualities of your Being, your true Self.

In my Body may I be         grounded, stable, wise and still

In my Stomach may I be   satisfied, and peaceful and generous

In my Abdomen may I be   master of my self, and my whole life

In my Heart may I be         secure, fearless, joyful and strong

In my Throat may I be       detached, sweet and diplomatic

In my Head may I be         forgiving of everyone, including my self

In my Self may I be           in pure Thoughtless Awareness,  and Be Still

In my Being may I be        in Unity with my pure awareness

in the flow state of Samadhi

BECOMING MY SELF

“It is sahaja samadhi”

On 9th Day of Navaratri 1988,

in Pune, H.H.Shri Mataji

commented:

Within us, as you know,

there are seven chakras

for your ascent

and two above it.

So all these nine chakras

are to be crossed

in this life time.

That should be

your destiny.
