1. โลกในอนาคตโดยเฉพาะระบบเศรษฐกจ ตามความหมายของธนาคารแหงประเทศไทยจะม V-Volatility ความผนผวนสงมาก, U-Uncertainty มความไมแนนอนจ านวนมาก, C-Complexity มความซบซอนมากขน, A-Ambiguity ความไมชดเจนของผลลพธตางๆทจะเกดขน
2. มาตรฐานสากลของโลกดานเศรษฐกจ สงคม สงแวดลอม และการแกไขปญหาความยากจน การมสวนรวมของภาคประชาชน จะมความเขมขนยงขนในอนาคต
3. เทคโนโลยดานตางๆทเรยกกนวา Disruptive Techniologies ก าลงถกพฒนาอยางรวดเรวและตอเนอง เรมไหลบาเขาสระบบเศรษฐกจสงคมของทงโลก จะเปนปจจยในการเปลยนโฉมการพฒนาของโลกอยางไมมทสนสด
