How do you pick your business

partner?

Step 1: Figure out if you’re looking for a business partner

or an employee

Step 2: Don’t choose them based on their skills

(counterintuitive huh?)

Step 3:Don't pitch them your idea.  

PITCH them YOU.

Step 5:Work with them for 20 hours a day for a week straight

and THEN decide if you still want to work together

Step 6:Feel out their energy!

Step 7:Get into a fight with them

(no, not purposefully)

*You can't build something together if you're breaking each other down
