Executive SummaryExecutive Summary
The Boundary-Less Learning (BLL) concept is simply an online
learning initiative aimed at hosting multimedia content (in form of
video, audio, e-books and other forms of media).
Contents from various third party providers who want to host
trainings, workshops, short tutorials and vocational courses are
uploaded on the BLL platform thereby enabling access anywhere
and anytime.
IntroductionIntroduction
This platform will offer vocational, technical and professional
courses centrally hosted from a Learning Management System
(LMS) on a web/internet platform that can be accessed with the
use of any internet-enabled computer.

User SurveyUser Survey
I conducted a sample survey of fourty (40) respondents in June 2013 to get
feedback on what learning methods people really prefer and how they could
access materials and two conclusions were drawn as shown below:
• Majority are tired of traditional/face-to-face methods of learning.
• Most people have access to internet everywhere (mobile phone and
PCs. (See next slide for graphical illustration)
